Our Impact:

Saving Lives Together

At Rincón Water Safety, every donation serves a clear purpose: protecting lives and strengthening water safety on our beaches. Thanks to the support of our donors, volunteers, and allies, we’ve implemented tangible solutions that make a real difference. Here’s what we’ve accomplished so far:

Public Rescue Stations

We’ve installed 12 rescue torpedoes strategically across Rincón’s busiest and most at-risk beaches, complemented by 12 posts for easy access in emergencies.

Total Investment in Torpedoes:

  • Initial 12 torpedoes at $50 each: $600
  • Recent purchase of 50 torpedoes at $25 each: $1,250

Rescue Posts:

  • 12 posts at $200 each: $2,400

Total Invested: $4,250

Each torpedo can be the difference between life and death in critical situations.

Automated External Defibrillators (AEDs)

We’ve acquired and installed 17 ZOLL AED Plus units, placed in key locations to ensure quick access during cardiac emergencies.

  • Cost per Unit: $2,021
  • Total Investment in: $34,357

These devices have proven to be crucial in emergencies, significantly increasing survival rates.
